我们所售商品多为天然水晶、手工制作与灵性能量商品，在出货前皆经过仔细检查。非质量问题（如能量感受不同、颜色纹理不同、个人喜好）恕不退换。

• 若商品在运输中损坏或发错，请在收到商品后3天内联系我们，并提供照片说明。

• 所有商品售出即为最终销售，不接受因主观原因的退货。

• 每颗水晶皆为独一无二，请理解天然材质的自然差异。

We take great care in inspecting and packing all our items before shipping. Due to the nature of our products (natural crystals, handmade spiritual goods), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects or damage during transit.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

• All items are final sale unless there is a proven quality issue.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind, energy sensitivity, or variations in crystal color or texture, as each item is unique.
